Returns At e-lusion Pty Ltd we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please send an e-mail within 7 days of receipt date to sales@e-lusion.com.au to obtain an RA number 1) Content of e-mail:

2) e-lusion will then evaluate the reason of your wish to return your purchase. If a valid reason is given within the 14 day time line we will e-mail you back with a reference number and instructions on what to do next. (Do not send any items back to e-lusion Pty Ltd without a reference number.) e-lusion Pty Ltd will not refund the delivery cost or the delivery cost of returning the item/s purchased.
3) All returns must be returned in there original condition and packaging, unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the receipt date, for a full refund of the purchase price.
4) Once your purchase has been returned to Little Boutique (in its original condition, unworn with tags still attached) e-lusion Pty Ltd will send you your refund either by:
Direct deposit into your nominated bank account.
Cheque, posted to your address.
Credit note.

If you issue a partial payment refund, the fee refund will be calculated at the same percentage as the payment refund. For example:
1. Your customer buys $100.00 AUD of merchandise from you. The fees for this transaction total $3.25 AUD ($2.90 AUD of this is variable, $0.35 AUD is the fixed transaction fee, which is not refunded for partial payment refunds).
2. You issue a partial refund on the transaction for $40.00 AUD (40% of the original amount).
3. PayPal issues a refund of 40% of the total fees, which in this case would be $1.16 AUD (40% of the variable portion of the fee).
